Gift guide for her: what to get her this Christmas
Gift guide for her
For me, I always have SO many gift ideas for the women in my life. Mom, friends, grandma, sister or colleague, I always have so many ideas. I wanted to share some things I’ve gotten and would be great gifts in my opinion. Some of them I’ve even got for myself, because why not! Don’t forget to treat yourself this year 🙂
Gift guide for her
There’s always so many gifts to give around this time, and there are just too many options. Here are some of my top choices, that I think would be great for any woman at any age.
Let’s get started!

A little luxury for the home, these super soft and comfy slippers are so pretty, and I love it in this light pink shade. Having warm feet is a must during the cold winter months, and these little slippers from UGG have the luxury touch as well. You can even wear these outside (maybe just to the garden!) because they have a cork infused rubber outsole!
My partner and I got his parents matching fitbits for Christmas last year, and it has been a great present. Its a great motivator for anyone who is hoping to get fit in the New Year, or someone who already loves exercise and is super active! It keeps track of your heart rate continuously, and can automatically track different exercises and display real-time statistics. This would be such a great gift for anyone, and I also talked about it in my Gift guide for Him earlier in this series of Blogmas!
I bought this for my mom last Christmas, and she was so thrilled with it! The mini camera delivers instant photos, and is super fun and different from the usual selfies and group pics on your phone. It even comes with a selfie mirror, and has a close-up lens and a ‘high key’ mode so you can take brighter pictures, with a softer tone which is perfect for portraits!
If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know how much I’ve been loving Tatcha this year. I’ve talked about it so much, in my recent skincare and makeup haul and September favourites posts. I’ve even been raving about it in my first Blogmas wish list post! So its no surprise really that this gorgeous starter set is on my list of gift ideas. This is a two week introduction, which will help to control excess oils from building up, as well as preserving the natural moisture of the skin, for a balanced complexion. I personally am in LOVE with the water cream, and the fact that this set includes it just makes it even better!
Cosy winter nights in require cosy, soft and warm clothing! This pj set is ADORABLE! It has a hood with little ears on them which is just a win for me. It’s obviously a super relaxed fit, and is made of super soft fleece. The design is just so cute and would be the perfect relaxing night in, watching a holiday film! Just screams out cosy!
I have loved the Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic for absolutely ages, and have raved about it in multiple posts now (I think it all kicks off in my July Favourites)! This set from Liz Earle includes the cult favourite Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser and Instant Boost Skin Tonic!
So not gonna lie, I just bought this the other day for myself! I already love the fresh soy face cleanser, and I’ve been wanting to try the rose deep hydration toner FOREVER. My friend bought this set too, and we’re both unbelievably excited to try this little box of magic!
I pretty much want EVERYTHING from Drunk Elephant, and wrote about some of my most wanted earlier in the Blogmas wishlist series (Christmas Wishlist – Skincare). This littles kit is what dreams are made of! It comes in a super cute reusable travel bag, and includes Beste No. 9 Jelly Cleanser (30ml), Lala Retro Whipped Cream (15ml), B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum (8ml), T.L.C. Framboos Glycolic Night Serum (8ml), C-Firma Day Serum (8ml), Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil (8ml) and Shaba Complex Eye Serum (5ml). It would be the ideal gift for anyone who’s been wanting these iconic products, so they can try out their most famous items, or for any Drunk Elephant fan who needs a cute and perfect selection of skincare products for their next trip.
Another amazing set from Drunk Elephant is their Night Shelf Control Kit. Annnnnd, I may have bought this one for myself too! It includes the T.L.C. Framboos Glycolic Night Serum (30ml), Beste No. 9 Jelly Cleanser (30ml), La La Retro whipped cream (15 ml), Virgin Marula Luxury facial oil (8ml) and the C-Tango Multivitamin Eye Cream (5ml). I love the unique concept behind this kit, as it identifies six common suspicious ingredients that can irritate skin during and after use. These ingredients are fragrance and dyes, SLS, silicones, chemical sunscreens, alcohol and essential oils. Let me know if you want me to do a review!
These glasses are just so much fun to look at! It makes for a cute way to have glasses on a table while having any friends or guests around the home, and is a two-in-one useful and decorative product. I love this idea and I think it’s so cute! It comes with four glasses, so having a couple around for a party would be ideal.
Have you got a travel lover in your life? I LOVE this gorgeous travel map, where you can scratch off all the places that you’ve been to, and reveals the colours of the countries underneath. This is such a personal decorative piece, especially if you have someone in your life who enjoys travelling and visiting exciting new places.
A portable charger has become more and more a daily necessity to carry around, so why not have a super small, clean and effective one! I finally bought two massive ones for myself this year, but because I bought them for Glastonbury, I needed long lasting over size. These are the perfect size to just pop into your bag, and I wish I had one this size to carry around everywhere!
I got this as a secret santa gift for a friend, and she loved it! The mug is a great quality, with a a fully covered mouthpiece so you can carry it around while on the go and not worry about it getting dirty. You could take it on your commute, or leave it in the office, as travel mugs are a must have for everyday now. Don’t be the one with the disposable cup! (I’m guilty of this, but trying to improve!)
What’s better than a brand new personalised notebook for the start of a new year! 2020 is not just a new year but a new decade, so get your things in order and do it stylishly too!
You can never have too many mugs, especially if they are this adorable! And this is quite a generously sized mug. Winter months calls for more hot drinks after all!
I’ve been a big fan of gifting useful and green products, and I love the idea of giving a really nice water bottle to someone. This double walled stainless steel bottle keeps your water cold for 24 hours and hot for 9 hours. I bought this for my mom last Christmas, and she’s not used a plastic bottle since!
Taking care of yourself and your mental health is so important, and it can be something that people don’t focus on, especially during busy periods like Christmas and the New Year. Give someone the gift of self care, with this 6 minute a day diary. It’s a great way to squeeze in some self reflection when times get busy.
I’ve had a foldaway overnight bag from Cath Kidston for years and years, and I can’t stress how useful it is. You can pack it flat and tuck it away when its not in use, but it opens up into a super useful bag which fits surprisingly large volumes! This is the perfect size for a weekend trip, or overnight stay somewhere, and would be such a great gift which would last years and years.
And lastly, another adorable, cosy pj set! Christmas and winter to me says cosy, warm and snug. These super soft pjs will not only keep them warm but also are the perfect companion to watching a Christmas film and drinking hot cocoa.
I really hope these items give you some inspiration or are what you are looking for, and that you enjoyed reading! As always, please let me know what you think and what you would’ve added to this list! I’d love to know if you do use any of these and what your thoughts are.
See you in the next one,
